Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed our two-night stay in a clean queen room. The breakfast options were fantastic, with healthy choices that impressed us. However, we missed having dark roast coffee and would have preferred a standard stationary bike. Overall, a solid pick for couples visiting Walla Walla.

Breakfast was surprisingly delightful!
I found the fitness center under renovation without prior notice, which was really disheartening. This completely reshaped my plans for staying active during my visit. Additionally, the mix-up about check-out time was frustrating. I received an unexpected call prompting me to leave earlier than I had anticipated. While the staff were courteous, the confusion left a sour taste in my mouth.

Solid selection of breakfast options made mornings easier, enough to fuel a day of exploring. Easy parking and accessibility to notable wineries in the area stood out during the visit.
Disappointed to find the fitness center under renovation without prior notice. There was only a Peloton available for cycling enthusiasts, which may not suit everyone’s workout style. Additionally, encountered some noise issues at night—likely due to events nearby—but managed to catch some sleep. I also had a request for extra bedding not fulfilled, a bit inconvenient considering I confirmed it prior to checking in.

My stay at the Hampton Inn was very enjoyable. The staff was eager to assist with my business needs and provided quick support for setting up my presentation equipment. The room was spacious and spotless, while the daily housekeeping service was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with a variety of options including fresh fruits and hot items, perfect for fueling my workday. I appreciated the complimentary coffee in the lobby and the clean, refreshing pool, which provided a good reprieve after a long day of meetings.
The check-out process could be improved for consistency.

The warm chocolate chip cookies and citrus-infused water in the lobby were a delightful touch. My only issue was the noisy nights due to events nearby, but overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The Queen Room with two queen beds was super spacious and clean, which was great for our family. Having a tub in the bathroom made bath time easy for the kids—so many places have showers only! We had a lovely time here with our kids! The bathroom was awesome with a tub, which is rare these days. Breakfast was on point, with tons of choices, and my husband loved the coffee station. Only thing was the place got a bit busy in the morning. But overall, it was a good experience and we felt welcomed.

Walla Walla's culinary scene has me raving! The breakfast spread was a delightful surprise—think fresh items galore, and those warm, gooey cookies in the lobby? An absolute must. I also appreciated the clean vibe of the hotel and easy parking—pure gold for exploring the area.
So, I wish I had caught wind of the fitness center renovation before rolling in. And that sneaky check-out mix-up? Thankfully, the nice staff sorted it out, but come on, Hilton, clarity is key!

Had a fantastic stay with friends! We visited Amavi Cellars and Northstar Winery, which were awesome experiences. The place was clean, the breakfast was surprisingly great, and we loved the cookies and coffee in the lobby. The lobby water with citrus was a nice touch too. Parking was easy and the location is perfect for exploring the area.
The only downside was that my check-in was a bit stressful due to other guests being rude, but the staff handled it well.
